Various video clips shot at European locations that are historically linked to Western power (Versailles, Villa Adriana, Vatican, Louvre), portray monuments where animals are represented. Another set of videos portrays animals represented in spinning coins.
The images construct a series of micro narrations in which hunger, power relations and death are constantly evoked by fragments of text from different historical sources.
